Data will be kept, as long as it is not requested to be removed, for the necessary duration to determine any possible responsibilities derived from such purpose and data treatment.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): 6.1.a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Rights

The data subject has the right to access their personal details, as well as requestion the modification of inexact data or, if applicable, request its removal when, amongst other reasons, data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected. 

Under certain circumstances, the data subject can oppose to the processing of their personal data or request the limitation of such, in which case it will only be kept to exercise or defend any claims.
