M-MT SERIES ETCSA GEARBOXES
The M-MT gearbox range covers a series of transmission elements for power values between 0.25 CV and 30 CV. Designed and built with state-of-the-art techniques in this area, they offer the user the guarantee of a quiet operation, excellent strength and, by design, the option of multiple mounting positions.
The design of this series is of a mixed type, with a first train of bevel helical gears and a group of worm gears in the M Series, and two trains of bevel helical gears and a group of worm gears in the MT Series.
The speed pre-reduction via gears enables the application of multiple entry worm gears, therefore achieving higher performance.
These groups are built with great quality materials and they are mechanised with special machines and tools, which, thanks to their precision, guarantee a good finishing and the interchangeability of all of their components.
All models can be supplied with free entry axle, with built-in motor or intended to be attached to any motor brand built with IEC standards, B-5/V-1/V-3 forms.

Manufacturing
HOUSINGS
The bodies and caps are of high-resistance, GG-22 quality grey cast iron. With harmonious and solid design, they are amply dimensioned and strongly ribbed to bear major stress and vibrations
WORMS
Worms are righthand screws and built with high-resistance alloy steel, hardened and tempered. The flanks of the thread are rectified in Klingelnberg machines.
CROWNS
Tangentially carved, we achieve a large contact area between the teeth, a low specific pressure and therefore a long lifespan.
GEARS
The cogs and primary wheels have helical teeth and are built with high-quality steel, hardened and tempered
EXIT AXLE
Amply dimensioned, they are made of alloy steel and rectified. They can be solid or hollow.
BEARINGS
Worm shafts are mounting, depending on the model, over angular contact ball bearings or taper roller bearings
E/EB SERIES ETCSA GEARBOXES
The range of E-EB gearboxes covers a series of transmission elements for power values between 0.17 CV and 75 CV. Designed and built with state-of-the-art techniques in this area, they offer the user the guarantee of a quiet operation, excellent strength and, by design, the option of multiple mounting positions.
The design of this series is of a gear type and can be of one, two, three and four reduction trains, with inline entry and exit axles.
These groups are built with great quality materials and they are mechanised with special machines and tools, which, thanks to their precision, guarantee a good finishing and the interchangeability of all of their components.
All models can be supplied with free entry axle, with built-in motor or intended to be attached to any motor brand built with IEC standards, B-5/V-1/V-3 forms.

PERFORMANCE
The performance of the gearboxes described in this catalogue ranges from 92% to 98% depending on the number of trains, accounting roughly for a loss of 2% for every gear train.
