Normalisation of the main measurements, like shaft distance, their height from the base, diameter and manufacturing gears of hardened steel with ground side teeth. In fact, the largest gearbox manufacturers have been using this technology for a while now. Having achieved total reliability with the treatment quality, the hardening process provides the perfect surface strength, with large resistance in the core without weakening the material, given the thin layer hardened.

The small deformation that may occur, especially in large diameter gears, are corrected during the grinding of the side teeth. With that, the size and weight of gearboxes built this way are significantly reduced, without jeopardizing its lifespan or ability to absorb overloading.
